Since I joined the classes, I feel stronger and fitter. I really like the way Maryke works out her sessions. She makes sure we really work out all the different parts of our body. Super recommend 💪🏽💪🏽

WOW! I still can't believe it. Within 2 months, but i can feel the difference.
I had goals for 2023 to back get back to shape after my last baby, but after August i lost hope and i thought this year is done, but the best is yet to come.
Thank you bodyworx for giving me back that confident, so energetic. Not only that but each and everyday i finish my workout i choose wisely what to eat 😆
